Netdragon Service Group Ltd. is a purely Hungarian-owned company with extensive experience in
the management and operation of industrial sites since the 2000s. In addition to general operations
our activities include full administration, representation before authorities, and with decades of
experience and a selected network of subcontractors we can provide our clients with a smooth and
predictable operation.
Our high quality operations are certified and assured to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System,
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and
Safety Management System.

Our complex activities go beyond the regular performance of specific technical tasks to provide a
professional and complete operational solution. Development, integration and evaluation of efficient

Building services engineering, building electricity
Installation of equipment for industrial plants and office buildings, installation of special
technologies, operation and maintenance of high and low voltage systems.
Equipment and system maintenance
Planned maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, with the
help of our maintenance and service team and our extensive network of partners, within short
deadlines.
Gardening, park maintenance
Decades of experience in the maintenance of green areas at the workplace, regardless of the season,
with individually agreed regularity, quality machinery and selected materials. Mechanized and
human-powered snow clearing, de-icing.
Technical assistance, fault repair 24/7
24 hours a day, 7 days a week: we are available by phone and e-mail in case of urgent technical
problems.
Vigilant guarding – protection
Security of premises and areas, concierge service at a professional level, with colleagues with an
impeccable record.
Management of building management systems
Management and monitoring of BMS, EMS, high-risk buildings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Online operational interface
A self-developed error reporting website to speed up communication and deal with incidental errors
as quickly as possible.
Netházmester – online operating platform
We set up our error reporting website in 2000 to track incidental problems in the areas under our
control as quickly, accurately and transparently as possible. Many of our clients have no or
inadequate systems of their own, and the interface we have developed is a great help to them.
